We are pleased to announce an initiative named PolEcho, which is created to gain access to the world that is often left behind in catchy headlines and noisy agenda-driven narratives.

It is almost impossible to find even one piece of information from any source today where you can bet on its credibility and integrity. No matter what news channel you watch or which newspaper you read, everyone is biased towards someone or the other—sometimes intentionally and sometimes unintentionally.

We will not be a news website that breaks news or covers current happenings. Instead, we will step away from the fast-paced, noisy news studios to cover and analyze the things that really matter to you—things that were promised in political campaigns, government schemes, and economic numbers. We will keep announcements and promises in check.

We will deep dive into government schemes such as PMJJY, Make in India, Aatmanirbhar Bharat, and more. We will try to understand why the common man still struggles to afford basic needs while our GDP numbers show incredible growth. We will examine whether political claims, arguments, and allegations have any merit. We will also explore geopolitics and diplomacy—be it Trump’s tariffs or resets with China.

We look forward to seeing you on the blog every Saturday with one topic designed to help you make informed decisions.

We again emphasize that we are not a news blog or website. We will keep you away from a world of cluttered and biased opinions and information. We encourage your engagement on the blog and are open to your suggestions and feedback.

India vs BRICS 2025: who’s leading the economic growth story?

We had done a thorough analysis in our last post on India’s economic growth — comparing the Congress era with the BJP era — and found that the BJP has fallen short of the growth numbers achieved during the Congress years on all parameters.   Today, we’re taking that conversation a step further. Instead of looking at India in isolation, we’ll compare India’s growth with that of the BRICS nations.
